Presentation on Taming Test Anxiety

Anxiety hits us all at some point in our lives; however, for many aspiring college students, high-stakes testing brings anxiety levels to new heights and test performance to new lows. But there is hope! There are interventions that effectively reduce test anxiety and lead to performance gains.

Please join us in the Wheeler Media Center on Wednesday, April 26 at 6 pm to hear Jed Applerouth discuss some of those practical strategies. Both parents and students are welcome to attend! To register, click here.
