Fall Test Preparation Opportunities through the Academic Booster Club

Practice SAT/ACT Tests offered at Wheeler:  One of the best ways to score higher on the SAT or ACT is to practice taking the test. For a nominal fee, the Academic Booster Club offers students three practice options: a full-length SAT, a full-length ACT and a condensed, combination test with SAT and ACT sections. Scores are NOT reported to colleges, but are provided to students in a comprehensive report. With their results broken down by section, students can then focus on the aspects of the test where they need additional preparation. For more information, please visit the Academic Booster website here.

August 25: Mock ACT or Mock SAT/ACT Diagnostic Test     September 8: Mock SAT

SAT Test Preparation Classes:  The Academic Booster Club sponsors an SAT prep class taught by Wheeler teachers with Princeton Review materials. Beginning on September 16, the course takes place over 6 sessions, 2 1/2 hours each on Sunday afternoons. For more information and to register, please visit the Academic Booster Club test prep page here

ACT Test Preparation Classes:  The Academic Booster Club, in partnership with Applerouth Tutoring, offers an after-school ACT workshop to help students prepare for the ACT test. Beginning on August 27, the Monday afternoon class meets 8 times with the instructor providing a structured review of major concepts and strategies. For more information and to register, please visit the Academic Booster Club website here.
